Introduction

Huayan's large infusion intelligent optical inspection machine is mainly suitable for automatic inspection of large infusion products in the pharmaceutical industry, eliminating the instability of manual inspection.

The optical inspection machine can be configured with multiple groups of particle inspection stations according to the specific needs of users. By controlling different rotation speeds, it can better identify foreign objects with different densities and types; at the same time, the equipment is equipped with aluminum caps, rubber plugs, filling volume and other detection functions.

Process flow: dry the product to be inspected → the pharmaceutical liquid in glass bottle enters the light inspection machine → rotate to make the liquid move, and stops rotating before taking a picture. Each inspection station takes pictures of the product → the inspection system analyzes the pictures, and the products judged as unqualified products are rejected by the rejector → qualified products enter the next process.
