Introduction

The Automatic Visual Inspection System can be applied to inspect large infusion products in plastic bottles. Its working principle is to use an imaging contrast processing system to identify qualified products and defective products, and automatically remove the defective products through relevant mechanisms.

This Pharma Inspection Equipment uses a bottle-clamping system to firmly press the bottle and the rotating mechanism drives the plastic bottle to rotate at high speed which make the foreign matter in the bottle rotate together with the liquid. When the bottle stops rotating quickly, because the liquid is still rotating under inertia, the movement trajectory of the visible foreign objects in it is captured by the industrial camera, and then processed through the image processing system to achieve the detection effection.

Besides capturing the foreign objects in the liquid, HUAYAN visual inspection system also can detect the defects in Pull Ring, Lifting Ring, Filling Volume, Cap, Appearance and other parts.
