Hot Runner
Multi-layer hot runner with three point filling structure ensures balanced injection of each cavity;
Main parts in hot runner such as nozzle tips, insulators, heaters are imported from Europe and USA, which are interchangeable with world branded molds;
Piston cylinder close fit hot runner design ensure valve stem close and open smoothly, avoid valve stem being blocked due to thermal expansion;
Square heater pipes are laid around the manifold to deliver heat equally around each injection points;
Nozzle tip heating is individually controlled by voltage; temperature of each nozzle is adjustable, which minimizes the possibility of AA generation;
Adopted advanced international hot runner proof-seal design, prevent melting resin leakage in the hot runner;
Reserved suction mouth in the back plate makes convenient maintenance and easy to clean up the PET powder.
